⚠️ Before you start

• This will erase all data (photos, apps, contacts).
• Make sure the phone has at least 50% battery.
• If possible, remove your Google account first to avoid FRP (Factory Reset Protection) lock.

🔧 Method 1: Hard Reset using buttons (Recovery Mode)

1. Turn OFF the phone completely.
2. Press and hold:
   • Volume Up + Home + Power buttons together
3. When the Samsung logo appears, release all buttons.
4. You’ll enter Recovery Mode.
5. Use Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to select:
   • Select “Wipe data / factory reset”
6. Choose “Yes” to confirm.
7. After reset completes, select “Reboot system now”

⚙️ Method 2: Reset from Settings (if phone is working)

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap General Management
3. Select Reset
4. Tap Factory Data Reset
5. Scroll down and tap Reset → Delete All

🔁 After reset

• The phone will restart like new.
• You’ll need to sign in with your Google account again.
